ABOUT THE ARTIST

I am a professional artist and architect from Kyiv, Ukraine who moved to Ottawa, Canada in july 2022. In 1999, i began my career as an artist and fell in love with oil and acrylic painting on canvas, using a variety of techniques.

I am passionate about experimenting in arT. FOr example, in Canada, I used a hockey stick as a brush. I wanted to capture the feeling of the ice where my son Volodymyr plays.

my goal is to capture important moments on canvas so that people can keep their memories and emotions in their heart for many years into the future.

I create paintings and drawings using oil, acrylic and other media. I accept commissions upon request and am open to collaborating with curators and galleries around the world.

AWARDS

In November 2022, my concept proposal won the 30th anniversary Invest Ottawa and Bayview Yards art competition to create two original wall murals in the foundry space for this ottawa regional incubator and accelerator.

I am also an award-winning designer whose diverse architectural projects have made a significant contribution to the creation and strengthening of Ukraine's state security.
